Membership

As a Wellness Center member, you will receive upon joining:

• Medical History and Lifestyle Review
• Comprehensive fitness evaluation by a degreed, certified Fitness Specialist
• Submaximal VO2 Test, hand grip test, flexibility test
• Body composition evaluation, body girth measurements
• Muscular endurance test
• Yearly screening of blood work including lipid profile & glucose test
• One-on-one exercise prescription
• Nutrition 101 class with a registered dietitian
• Personal wellness profile report
• Re-assessments and progress report every 30-60-90 days
• Supervised cardiovascular endurance training on equipment
• Individualized strength training program on equipment
• Aerobics, step, specialty and group exercise classes
• Monitored fitness floor with blood pressure checks
• Access to both centers in Clearwater and Palm Harbor as well as the Carillon Wellness Center in St. Petersburg
