A successful fat loss program focuses on post-workout period adaptations and metabolic impact, as well as the cumulative impact of dietary, training and wellness practices, to capitalize on an individual's ability to utilize fat more efficiently through an increase in resting metabolism.
In order to create an environment which allows for the greatest amount of fat loss in the shortest period of time, the Accelerated Fat Loss Program incorporates these components:

- Activities that burn calories, maintain/promote muscle mass and increase metabolism - Activities that burn calories and increase metabolism - Activities that burn calories but do not necessarily maintain muscle or increase metabolism
